Order Dispatch Timeline
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Dispatch timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Product Availability
  • In rare cases where an ordered item is temporarily unavailable or requires additional time for production, our team will personally contact you.
  • You will be given the option to:

    1) Wait for the product to be ready (estimated timeline will be shared), or

    2) Choose an alternate product of equal value.

No order will be dispatched without customer confirmation in such cases.

Shipping Time
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared once the order is dispatched.

SORE SOLDIER is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a non-monetary return and exchange system to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The wrong product is delivered, or
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

Same-day request is mandatory, supported by a video unboxing clearly showing:

  • The sealed package
  • Product condition
  • Issue encountered

Requests made without video evidence or after the same day of delivery will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Initiate Exchange Request
  • Contact our support team on the same day of delivery
  • Share the unboxing video and order details
Step 2: Review & Approval
  • Our team will thoroughly review the evidence
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of SORE SOLDIER
Step 3: Customer Arranges Return Shipping
  • Once approved, customers must ship the product back at their own cost
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Step 4: Audit, Inspection & Verification
  • Returned items undergo strict quality inspection
  • Any sign of use, damage, or tampering may lead to rejection
Step 5: Issuance of Promo Code (Credit Note)
  • Upon successful inspection, a promo code / credit note equal to the product value will be issued
  • No cash refunds will be provided
Step 6: Exchange Timeline
  • Promo codes can be used to place a fresh order
  • New dispatch timelines will apply based on product availability
Important Notes
  • No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstances
  • Promo codes are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity
  • SORE SOLDIER reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet policy conditions
  • Final decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and credits rest solely with SORE SOLDIER
